Miley Cyrus Gets a New Tattoo, the 20-year-old  Miley Cyrus showed off her new marking – two arrows criss-crossed, located on the back of her right tricep – which is a symbol of “friendship” in the Native American culture (two arrows that cross at the center represents the bringing together of two clans or two people). The new tattoo is the latest in a line of others Cyrus already has, including ones inside her ear, on her fingers, ankle, forearms and ribcage.
